Leitura muito bem vinda, principalmente nos dias de hoje em que vigora uma espécie de ditadura da felicidade, do acerto e do sucesso. Ao ler essas frases fiquei refletindo sobre como os conceitos de felicidade e sucesso variam dependendo da cultura e dos valores de cada um. O cuidado que devemos ter é para não perseguir o sucesso e a felicidade de acordo com o significado que eles têm para outras pessoas e não para nós mesmos. 1) Enquanto o salário é motivo para que 62% dos homens e 57% das mulheres permaneçam no emprego, 63% dos funcionários não pedem demissão por terem seu trabalho reconhecido e 65% trabalhariam ainda mais se recebessem mais reconhecimento!<br />
2) A importância dos programas de qualidade de vida no trabalho: para 53% dos funcionários uma pausa de pelo menos 10 minutos todos os dias os deixa mais saudáveis, felizes e produtivos;<br />
3) 65% dos funcionários declararam que segurança no emprego é muito importante para aumentar seus níveis de satisfação. Neste caso, é preciso fazer uma estimativa de qual o percentual de pessoas que vão para o trabalho utilizando carro (na cidade de São Paulo, esse valor é de 26%) ou transporte público e se o estacionamento é permitido também para casos como descarga de materiais. A letra "c" também é outra boa opção para inferir uma média de trabalhadores do prédio, porém depende do tipo de empresa presente nesse andar. </span></span></div>

E outra, se a empresa quisesse um efeito estético similar ao do nitrogênio (efeito de névoa), por que não utilizar gelo seco? Novamente, especialistas precisariam ser ouvidos antes da implementação da ação. </span></div>
